Description

The Isky Racing Cams 8005A valve springs are engineered for high-performance street, oval track, and drag racing applications. Key specifications for the 8005A springs include a 1.530-inch outer diameter, a spring rate of 400 lbs./in., and a coil bind height of 1.160 inches. They come with a damper spring for enhanced performance and stability. The seat load is rated at 135 lbs. at 1.875 inches, with an open load of 395 lbs. at 1.225 inches. These springs are suitable for camshaft lifts up to .650 inches. Historically, the Isky 8005A has been a trusted component, utilized for decades in high-RPM solid lifter engine builds.
