DualComp Big Brake Kit w/ 4-Piston Caliper

The Ksport DualComp Big Brake Kit is engineered for performance and racing enthusiasts, specifically designed for the 2013-2018 Subaru BRZ. This innovative kit introduces a DualComp system, utilizing a single 4-piston caliper that independently manages both the primary foot brake (2 pistons) and the handbrake (2 pistons), offering enhanced control and reliability. Constructed for demanding driving styles, this kit includes 356mm (14-inch) diameter, vented, drilled, 2-piece rotors with fixed aluminum hats. The 4-piston calipers are forged from aluminum for lightness and corrosion resistance, featuring heavy-duty seals for sustained high-temperature use. The opposed-piston design optimizes pad grip and minimizes uneven wear, while the 2-piece rotor design with aluminum centers reduces rotational mass, improves response, and mitigates warping. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a direct fit onto existing mounting points. The kit also includes stainless steel brake lines, which prevent expansion under high temperatures and pressures, leading to a faster pedal response. A minimum wheel diameter of 457mm (18 inches) is required to accommodate the larger calipers and rotors.
