The Ksport Dualcomp Big Brake Kit provides an ultimate all-in-one Dual Caliper solution, specifically engineered with drifting and rally racing in mind. This innovative system utilizes a single 4-pot caliper, ingeniously designed with two pots dedicated to the foot brake and the other two for the handbrake, each operating independently on its own system for maximum control and effectiveness. The kit features a lightweight forged one-piece caliper constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring uniform strength and eliminating weak spots. This design prevents fracturing, warping, and failure over time. The calipers include aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals, opposed-piston design for consistent pad wear, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. It also includes lightweight two-piece rotors, available in either Cross Drilled (recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation) or Slotted (recommended for track use for improved heat dissipation and gas/dust evacuation). These rotors are typically 50% lighter than OEM one-piece rotors, featuring 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections to reduce rotational mass and minimize heat-induced warping. The kit comes standard with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for quicker pedal response and a firmer feel, along with SC5 Street Brake Pads. An optional upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit includes two forged monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 street brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all required mounting components and hardware. Ksport offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
