The Ksport Dualcomp 4 Piston Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered for enhanced braking performance, specifically for Subaru Impreza WRX models (2002-2007). This kit introduces a unique Dualcomp system, featuring a single 4-piston caliper where two pistons are dedicated to the foot brake and the other two operate the handbrake independently. This innovative design offers superior control and response. Constructed with a focus on performance and durability, the kit includes 356mm slotted, two-piece rotors designed to be significantly lighter than OEM components. The calipers themselves are CNC machined from carbon steel, ensuring a direct bolt-on fit to the OEM caliper bracket location. The system also incorporates a polished titanium handbrake cylinder and lever for an enhanced feel and aesthetic. Ksport offers customization options for caliper colors, including standard shades like orange, red, black, and yellow, as well as premium finishes in silver, gold, titanium, and custom color options, providing nearly limitless aesthetic choices. The rotors can be specified as either slotted or cross-drilled, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily drivers due to cooler operating temperatures.
