This innovative kit features a unique dual caliper design, with one set of pistons dedicated to the primary foot brake and another set for the handbrake, operating on independent systems for enhanced control and reliability. The calipers are constructed from a lightweight, one-piece forged aluminum billet, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to warping or failure. They also feature high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates for durability under extreme conditions. The floating design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, reducing the risk of warping, while the aluminum center sections act as effective heat sinks. The kit comes standard with Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, offering a balance of performance and reduced dust for daily driving, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads for track-focused applications. Included in the kit are CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal response and feel, and a polished titanium handbrake cylinder and lever for enhanced aesthetics and control.
