This kit is designed for the BMW 3 Series E46 models from 1999-2005, specifically for the 323i, 325i, and 328i submodels with M52 2.5L, M54 2.5L, and M52 2.8L engines, respectively. It features a 356mm x 32mm rotor size with a drilled style and comes with a striking orange caliper color. The unique Dualcomp system employs two independent sets of pistons within a single caliper: one set for the primary foot brake and another for the handbrake, ensuring robust and separate braking capabilities. Constructed for durability and performance, the calipers are forged from a single piece of aerospace-quality aluminum for maximum strength and even thickness, eliminating weak spots. They feature aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals capable of handling high temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and preventing corrosion. The opposed-piston design promotes consistent brake pad wear. The center sections are made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Standard components include (2) Forged, Monoblock Aluminum Calipers, (2) Lightweight Two-Piece Rotors, a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, (2) Stainless Steel Brake Lines, and all required mounting hardware. The kit is Formula Drift legal. It is important to note that this kit is made to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Additionally, the Ksport Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit does not fit the 330i and Xi models and is designed to work with the OEM handbrakes. It comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
