This innovative system employs a single 4-piston caliper where two pistons are dedicated to the foot brake and the other two to the handbrake, each functioning on its own independent circuit. The kit includes lightweight, forged one-piece calipers constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum to ensure consistent strength and eliminate weak spots. The caliper pistons are made from aluminum and protected by heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high temperatures. Its opposed-piston design guarantees even brake pad grip and wear. Featuring a two-piece rotor design, these kits provide lightweight, fade-free performance. The two-piece construction also helps mitigate rotor warping due to heat buildup. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads for extreme track conditions. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included for improved pedal response and feel. This Big Brake Kit is Formula Drift legal and is made to order, meaning it is non-refundable once ordered. Customization options are available for caliper color, rotor style (drilled for street use, slotted for track use), and center bell finishes. The system includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to OEM locations.
