The Ksport Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers an advanced braking solution for the Mercedes Benz W204 C-Class (C300, C350) from 2008-2013. This system is specifically designed for demanding applications like drifting and rally racing, featuring a unique Dualcomp setup with a single 4-piston caliper. Within this caliper, two pistons are dedicated to the primary foot brake system, while the other two operate independently for the handbrake, providing enhanced control and performance. Constructed with a lightweight, one-piece forged caliper made from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit is built for strength and durability, eliminating potential weak spots. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, heavy-duty seals rated for high temperatures, and opposed-piston design for consistent pad wear. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit incorporates two-piece, 330mm x 32mm rotors, which are significantly lighter than OEM one-piece rotors, contributing to lower rotational mass and improved brake response. The floating design with 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections enhances heat dissipation and reduces the likelihood of warping. Cross-drilled rotors are included for better cooling, making them ideal for daily driven vehicles, while slotted rotor options are available for more track-focused use. The system also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by preventing line expansion under pressure. Standard with the kit are Ksport SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The Dualcomp system is Formula Drift legal and is made to order, with customization options for caliper color and center bell finishes available.
