The Ksport Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered as an ultimate all-in-one dual caliper solution, specifically designed with drifting and rally racing in mind. This system utilizes a single 4-pot caliper, where two pots are dedicated to the foot brake and the other two are for the handbrake, each operating independently on its own system. Constructed with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper made from aerospace-quality aluminum, this caliper design eliminates weak spots and ensures strength and even thickness. The caliper pistons are aluminum, protected by heavy-duty seals for high-temperature performance. An opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear, with features like high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates as standard. The kit features a two-piece rotor design that provides lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip. The two-piece construction also helps reduce rotor warping due to heat buildup. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. This Big Brake Kit is Formula Drift legal and comes with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which reduce expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to OEM caliper bracket locations.
