The Ksport Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers an integrated solution for performance braking, specifically engineered for the rear of Volkswagen MK5 Jetta vehicles. This advanced system utilizes a unique dual caliper setup where a single 4-piston caliper houses two pistons dedicated to the foot brake and two dedicated to the handbrake, each functioning on its own independent hydraulic circuit. Constructed with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper from aerospace-grade aluminum, this kit is built for strength and durability, eliminating potential weak spots. The two-piece rotor design, featuring 356mm x 32mm dimensions, is crafted for reduced weight and fade-free performance, with a 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center section that lowers rotational mass and acts as a heat sink. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, offering a balance of braking performance, reduced dust, and noise, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads for extreme track conditions. This kit is designed as a complete bolt-on system, simplifying installation with minimal tools required.
