The Ksport Dualcomp Big Brake Kit offers an advanced braking solution for the Toyota MR2 Turbo, model years 1991-1995. This kit is engineered with a unique Dualcomp system, featuring a single 4-pot caliper that operates with two independent hydraulic circuits. This design allows for dedicated pistons for the foot brake and separate pistons for the handbrake, enhancing control and performance, particularly for drifting and rally racing. The system is Formula Drift legal. The kit includes a 356mm rotor diameter with a slotted finish, designed to improve cooling and performance during track use. Carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a direct bolt-on fit to the factory caliper bracket locations, despite the larger caliper size. Stainless steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by preventing expansion under pressure. Included with the kit are Ksport's SC5 Street Brake Pads, formulated for optimal street and occasional track performance, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. The kit also features a polished Titanium handbrake cylinder and lever for enhanced aesthetics and control. All necessary mounting components and hardware are provided, along with an owner's manual, for a comprehensive installation.
