Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit with 356mm Rotors

The Ksport Dualcomp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered as a high-performance braking solution for the BMW F16 X6 models from 2015-2016. The Dualcomp system employs a unique dual-caliper setup, utilizing a single 4-pot caliper where two pistons engage for the foot brake and the other two for the handbrake, each operating independently. This innovative design ensures robust braking performance under demanding conditions. The kit includes 356mm diameter rotors, available in a drilled style for enhanced cooling, and forged one-piece aluminum calipers. These calipers are constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum for maximum strength and even thickness, reducing the risk of fracturing and warpage. They feature high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates for durability. The two-piece rotor design contributes to lighter weight and fade-free performance. The floating rotors consist of lightweight center sections made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reducing rotational mass for quicker wheel response. The independent expansion and contraction of the rotor sections minimize warping due to heat buildup, while the aluminum center sections act as heat sinks. All Dualcomp kits come standard with D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent hose expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer feel. The kit includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. This made-to-order kit includes all necessary mounting components, caliper brackets, and hardware for installation.
