The Forge Motorsports FMDV37-BLACK is an atmospheric and recirculating dump valve designed for the Hyundai i20N and Elantra N Line. This valve replaces OEM Part No. 28234-2S300. The piston uses heat-stabilized Viton O-rings and is lubricated with Mobil1 grease for long life and minimal wear.

The Forge Motorsports FMDV37-BLACK dump valve is a high-performance upgrade for the Hyundai i20N and Elantra N Line, specifically designed to replace OEM Part No. 28234-2S300. Manufactured in the UK, this valve utilizes world-leading springs for enhanced precision and consistency, ensuring faster response times and longer service intervals. Its durable aluminum piston is equipped with heat-stabilized Viton O-rings and lubricated with high-temperature Mobil1 grease for longevity and minimal wear. The unique design features a boost-to-side entry, preventing the valve from lifting under high or low boost applications, thus eliminating the need to adjust internal spring rates when tuning. This versatile valve can be configured as either a fully atmospheric (blow-off) valve or a recirculating valve, offering flexibility to the user. Available in anodized black or red finishes, it not only adds a visual enhancement to the engine bay but also boasts superior aesthetics. Forge Motorsports guarantees that this valve produces no check engine lights (EML), a common issue with other aftermarket valves. It is also fully serviceable and rebuildable in minutes, and comes with Forge's unique Lifetime Warranty. Recommended servicing is every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first. Compatibility is confirmed for Hyundai Elantra N-Line 2021+ and Hyundai i20 N 2021+ (1.6).
