Description

The Dirty Hooker Diesel Replacement Hooker Duramax Short Block is a 6.6L engine built for 2001-2023 model years, offering a durable and high-value solution for factory replacement needs. This short block features cleaned and inspected OE pistons with new Mahle rings, reconditioned connecting rods with new bolts, and new Clevite bearings. It also includes a DHD keyed crank, DHD keyed cam, new main cap side bolts, a surfaced deck, a hot tanked and magnafluxed block, and finish-honed cylinders. The assembly includes a flywheel, balancer, and a new OE block heater. It is important to note that this engine is assembled with OE components and may require overboring cylinders depending on block inventory. For warranty consideration, installation of a new oil pump and oil cooler is required. This product is non-C.A.R.B. compliant and cannot be shipped to California. A core charge of $1,500.00 applies, and freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
