DV+ T9365 Diverter Valve

The MODE Auto Concepts DV+ T9365 is a performance diverter valve engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the factory diverter valve found in the 2019-on Ford Ranger with the 2.3 EcoBoost engine. This kit leverages GFB's DV+ design philosophy, which retains the functional factory solenoid coil for seamless integration and fast response, while replacing the inherently weak plastic valve mechanism with durable, precision-machined components. Constructed from anodized billet aluminum with a brass piston, the DV+ T9365 addresses the reliability and performance shortcomings of the stock valve. The factory diverter's plastic piston is prone to leaking, leading to slow spool-up and boost drop-off. The DV+ utilizes a bonded silicone face seal and a precision piston-to-bore clearance for effective sealing. Furthermore, the solenoid in the DV+ repurposes to control a short-stroke pilot valve, using boost pressure for actuation. This pilot operation system ensures super-fast reaction times and higher actuation forces, allowing the piston to move progressively based on boost pressure, thus eliminating sticking and preventing blow-open at high boost.
