DW400 415 LPH E85 Compatible In-Tank Fuel Pump

The DeatschWerks DW400 is a universal in-tank fuel pump engineered for high-performance applications, capable of delivering 415 LPH at 40 PSI. Its design incorporates a quiet turbine impeller that is compatible with pulse width modulated pump drivers, alongside carbon commutators and fully encapsulated armatures, ensuring broad fuel compatibility including E85, ethanol, and methanol. DW's high-torque motors are built to maintain flow under higher pressure, outperforming competitors. The pump's low amperage draw minimizes operating temperatures, extends its lifespan, and reduces stress on the vehicle's wiring. Universal fitment kits are included, containing essential accessories like a filter and electrical connector for installation. For optimal performance and longevity, DeatschWerks recommends considering their FPHWK hardwire kit due to the pump's substantial current draw (16-20 amps). The DW400 has a 46mm diameter, which may require modifications to the factory fuel pump module in some applications, as it is not an application-specific fitment. Additionally, the DeatschWerks 16MX-09-1200-4 are 1200cc high impedance fuel injectors. They are supplied as a matched set of four injectors, meticulously balanced in-house by DeatschWerks to within 1-2%, complete with a DW flow report. These injectors feature Bosch EV14 Minitimer extended nozzles and are designed to provide an excellent spray pattern and atomization, contributing to optimized idle and tuning. They are compatible with various fuel types, including E85, ethanol, methanol, and gasoline. Vehicle fitment for the 16MX-09-1200-4 injectors includes Mitsubishi 4G63 engines found in the 1G/2G DSM, GVR4, and Evo 1-9 models, as well as the 1990-1999 Eclipse GST/GSX, 1990-1998 Talon TSi, 1990-1994 Laser RS, and 1991-1992 Galant VR4.
