The DeatschWerks DW400 is an in-tank fuel pump designed to deliver optimal fuel flow, even at higher pressures. This is achieved through engineering that includes torque bias for the armature, delayed activation of pressure relief, and an efficient impeller, resulting in an exceptionally flat flow curve. This ensures your engine receives the fuel it demands, especially under demanding conditions. Constructed with durability in mind, the DW400 features a composite impeller that is both lightweight and impervious to the corrosive effects of ethanol. The pump's motor armatures are fully encapsulated, safeguarding the copper windings from ethanol degradation. Additionally, carbon commutators and brushes are employed to resist aggressive fuels and minimize electrical draw, contributing to the pump's longevity. It comes as a complete kit, including the DW400 fuel pump and the 9-1046 installation kit, providing a direct-fit solution for the specified applications. The product is backed by a 3-year warranty. The DeatschWerks DW400 fuel pump with the 9-1046 install kit is compatible with a range of Ford vehicles, including the 2010-2014 Ford F-150 models (FX2, FX4, Harley-Davidson Edition, King Ranch, Lariat, Lariat Limited, Limited, Platinum, STX, SVT Raptor, XL, XLT) and the 2011-2014 Ford Mustang models (Base, Boss 302, GT, Shelby GT500).
