Description

The 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kits are engineered to significantly enhance the handling performance of B8/B8.5 Audi A4/S4/RS4 and A5/S5/RS5 models. By reducing body roll, improving turn-in response, and enhancing steering feel, these kits provide confidence-inspiring stability on both street and track. The front sway bar features a 28.6mm hollow design, offering two adjustment levels with a +21% increase in stiffness on the soft setting and +41% on the stiff setting. The rear sway bar is constructed from solid spring steel with a 25.4mm diameter, also offering two adjustment levels with +128% stiffness on soft and +156% on stiff. Both bars are finished with a black powder coating for durability. A key feature of these kits is the use of maintenance-free, greaseless polyurethane bushings. These employ a Teflon and polyester liner that virtually eliminates noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), improves sway bar response, and offers an extended service life. The bushings are also hydrophobic, heat-resistant up to 500°F, and resistant to chemicals, backed by a limited lifetime warranty against material cracking, liner separation, or squeaking. For optimal performance, 034Motorsport highly recommends pairing these sway bars with their Dynamic+ Sway Bar End Links. Additionally, for vehicles that have been lowered, it is crucial to check all clearances over the full suspension articulation to prevent any potential interference.
