Dynamics ID1050-XDS Fuel

The Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS is a high-impedance fuel injector, representing an evolution of the popular ID1050x. This injector utilizes Dual Slope Matching technology, which precisely matches the flow rate in both linear and non-linear operating ranges, ensuring better cylinder-to-cylinder consistency, especially at low pulse widths. Constructed with corrosion-resistant internals, the ID1050-XDS is compatible with all known fuels, offering an extended service life even with corrosive fuel types. Its compact body design allows for fitment in over 200 applications, accommodating current and future engines that require short-body injectors. The injector also features a stronger magnetic circuit for stable operation up to 10 bar and a replaceable inlet filter to prolong its service life. Key specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52°C (125°F) and a maximum differential fuel pressure of 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi). The electrical connector type is USCAR, and it has a 34mm injector length with an 11mm machined top. It's important to note that Injector Dynamics injectors are flow-matched in sets. For single injector replacements, direct contact with their support is recommended.
