Dynamics ID1050-XDS Fuel

The Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS is an enhanced fuel injector, building upon the ID1050x. It incorporates Dual Slope Matching, a technology that refines flow rate consistency in both linear and nonlinear operating ranges, leading to improved cylinder-to-cylinder balance even at low pulse widths. The injector's internal components are corrosion-resistant, making it compatible with all known fuels and capable of withstanding corrosive fuels for an extended service life. Designed for versatility, the compact body of the ID1050-XDS allows for fitment in over 200 applications, including contemporary and future engines that utilize short-body injectors. Its robust magnetic circuit ensures stable operation up to 10 bar of fuel pressure. A replaceable inlet filter is included to extend the service life of the injector. Base Specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) with gasoline at 52 degrees C (125 degrees F), a maximum differential fuel pressure of 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi), USCAR electrical connectors, and a 48mm injector length with an 11mm adaptor top. This specific configuration is noted as an S2000 cushion configuration. It is important to note that Injector Dynamics injectors are flow-matched in sets, and single injector replacement requires direct contact with the manufacturer.
