The Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS is a high-performance electronic fuel injector engineered as an evolution of the ID1050x, specifically for Kawasaki ZX10, ZX14, and ZX14R motorcycles. This set of four injectors utilizes Dual Slope Matching technology, a sophisticated method that precisely matches flow rates across both linear and non-linear operating ranges. This results in superior cylinder-to-cylinder consistency, particularly noticeable at lower pulse widths, which is crucial for optimized engine tuning and performance. Constructed with corrosion-resistant internals, the ID1050-XDS boasts universal fuel compatibility, making it suitable for all known fuels, including aggressive and corrosive variants. This inherent resistance ensures a significantly extended service life, even under demanding operating conditions. The injector's compact 11mm body design facilitates fitment in a wide array of applications, including those that utilize short-body injectors. A robust magnetic circuit enhances stability, allowing for reliable operation at fuel pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi). For added longevity and performance, a replaceable inlet filter is incorporated. Key specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52°C (125°F). The electrical connector type is USCAR. This set comes with Denso lower cushions, and users will reuse the OE lower components specific to their Kawasaki ZX10/ZX14/ZX14R.
