E-fuel Kit

The Martys E-fuel Kit is an "electric fuel" system designed specifically for "Old Body Style" (OBS) 1994-1997 7.3L PowerStroke diesel trucks. This comprehensive kit aims to be the most complete on the market, offering seamless integration with the factory selector valve and utilizing a billet adapter to connect to the factory rear feed lines. A key installation benefit is that the OEM turbo does not need to be removed. This kit offers two pump options: the Walbro GSL392, capable of handling up to 250cc/100% injectors, and the Bosch 69136, suitable for up to 180cc/30% injectors, prioritizing reliability. New filter bases are constructed from dual billet aluminum with removable stainless steel filter nipples and improved porting to reduce fittings. The system features stainless steel, laser-cut brackets for mounting inside or outside the frame, ensuring the parking brake cable remains unobstructed and the filters do not hang lower than the frame. All connections are ORB/JIC/Banjo for leak-free operation and easy installation, avoiding NPT fittings to prevent port cracking. It includes a complete fuel bowl delete and a full regulated return system with a FueLab 3-port regulator. The kit comes with all necessary fittings, electrical connectors, heat shrink, hardware, and complete Parker 801 push-lok hose, with enough to fit a crew cab. The average installation time is estimated at 5-7 hours, advertised as the "easiest and quickest" complete install available. A custom wiring harness with a 30/40 amp relay and a reset-able circuit breaker is included. California Emission trucks will require a Cali plug to replace the fuel damper; this must be added separately. T4 turbo kits require an optional T4 mod bag. While the OEM lines have historically proven durable, the kit replaces all factory fuel system lines except the rear of head lines, which are available separately. Installation requires careful attention when installing fittings into the heads, with specific torque recommendations to avoid cracking the head; the manufacturer states they are not responsible for damage due to improper installation. The Walbro pump is not warrantable for diesel use but includes a free replacement, while the Bosch pump is noted for its reliability. Marty's Diesel handles warranty for the kit components, while FueLab handles regulator warranty. All sales are final.
