The Mechman E-Series 240 Amp Alternator is designed for 2003-2005 Ford 7.3L Diesel vehicles. This alternator features a large case design with 6-phase Hairpin stator technology, twin rectifier plates, and 12 massive diodes for enhanced durability.

It provides a 240 Amp output and is compatible with 12V systems. The unit includes a serpentine style pulley and an internal regulator. This alternator is capable of producing up to 180 amps at idle in diesel applications while using the stock-length belt.
