E Series Forged Piston Set, -3cc Flat Top

The DSS Racing 8750-4030 is a set of forged pistons engineered for Small Block Ford 351W (5.8L) engines. These pistons are crafted from a premium aircraft-specification 4032 low-expansion alloy, offering superior strength and durability compared to cast pistons. Designed with a -3cc flat top and 20-degree inline valve reliefs, these pistons have a 4.030-inch bore size and a compression height of 1.770 inches. The pin diameter is 0.912 inches, and they are compatible with both full-floating or press-fit applications. The ring groove dimensions are 5/64-5/64-3/16 inches. They are suitable for a crankshaft stroke of 3.500 inches and a connecting rod length of 5.956 inches. Key features include broached pin oiling slots and forged drain-back windows for enhanced lubrication and performance. The pistons also incorporate slightly larger, deeper valve reliefs than OEM to accommodate moderate performance cylinder heads and cam combinations. They are available with or without DSS Racing rings.
