E30 Coilover Suspension System

The Ground Control "SACK" E30 coilover suspension system is engineered for the BMW E30 chassis, offering a performance upgrade for both street and track applications. This system utilizes Koni Race or Koni Double Adjustable strut inserts, providing robust damping capabilities tailored for spirited driving. This kit requires a strut housing modification (level 3) for proper integration. It is designed to work with springs ranging from 6 to 8 inches in length. While specific spring rates are subjective to driving needs, typical sport setups might use 200lb springs, with rates of 400lb and up considered quite stiff.
