The Ground Control "SACK" E30 coilover suspension system is engineered for the BMW E30 chassis, offering a performance upgrade for both street and track applications. This system utilizes Koni Race or Koni Double Adjustable strut inserts, providing robust damping capabilities tailored for spirited driving. This kit requires a strut housing modification (level 3) for proper integration. It is designed to work with springs ranging from 6 to 8 inches in length. While specific spring rates are subjective to driving needs, typical sport setups might use 200lb springs, with rates of 400lb and up considered quite stiff. This coilover system aims to provide a significant improvement in handling and suspension response compared to stock setups, allowing for a more connected driving experience.
