Description

The Garagistic E36 Rear Subframe Mount Chassis Reinforcement Plates are engineered to fortify the rear subframe mounting points on your BMW E36, addressing a known weakness in the chassis, particularly in non-M models subjected to high stress. Inspired by the factory M3 reinforcements (OEM part number 4111225649), these plates provide critical structural support. The kit includes four plates corresponding to OEM BMW part numbers 41112256498, 41002256495, 41112256497, and 41002256496. The reinforcements may come connected by tabs, which will need to be cut off prior to installation. Installation requires welding and may involve minor modifications such as bending or grinding to ensure a proper fit. Professional installation is recommended. These reinforcement plates are compatible with all E36 chassis. It is important to note that E36 M3 models already come with these reinforcements from the factory.
