E46 Aluminum Radiator

The Zionsville Autosport BMW E46 Aluminum Radiator is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory plastic unit, designed to fit all non-M Series E46 3 Series models, whether automatic or manual. This construction offers better heat dissipation than standard nylon radiators, which can degrade and crack under the high operating temperatures (around 110° C or 230° F) common in modern BMW engines. The radiator is hand-welded with an all-alloy construction, avoiding epoxy, and has been tested at 4X operating pressure. All original equipment accessories will mount to the new unit without modification. This radiator is backed by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, provided proof of BMW coolant use at installation and every two years thereafter. It is made in the USA with Euro Aluminum Cores.
