The Garagistic E46 Complete Chassis Reinforcement Kit is engineered to resolve known structural vulnerabilities in the E46 chassis, which can lead to flexing, weakening, and eventual tearing of subframe mounting points. This comprehensive kit addresses these issues and more, benefiting both track/drift cars and street-driven vehicles. It includes reinforcements for the front and rear subframes, as well as additional chassis mounting points. Constructed from high-strength 7075-T6 billet aluminum, this kit provides 25mm of geometry correction, crucial for lowered vehicles. The kit contains multiple reinforcement components, including front and rear subframe reinforcements, rear shock tower reinforcement, stainless steel coilover over plates, RTAB pocket reinforcement, and front shock tower reinforcement. Notably, the rear sway reinforcement is designed for non-M cars only, and the M3 model will not utilize this specific component. Installation of these reinforcements requires welding and potentially minor grinding, depending on the chassis's condition. The process necessitates the removal of the rear suspension, rear subframe, exhaust, and driveshaft. It is also strongly recommended to remove the rear seat, interior trim, and fuel tank.
