E85 450 LPH In-Tank Fuel Pump

The Walbro WAL-F90000274, also known as the TI Automotive TIA450-2, is a high-performance universal E85 intank fuel pump engineered to meet the demands of engines exceeding 750 horsepower. This pump utilizes an award-winning OE technology with a unique dual-channel turbine design, promoting maximum efficiency even under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Designed and developed for E85/flex fuel applications, all pumping components have been validated to OEM specifications. The pump delivers a flow rate of 450 LPH at 40 psi and 13.5V (14.1 amps) when running gasoline, with an operating pressure range of 35-112 PSI. Its innovative design features single impeller with two parallel rows of turbine blades, feeding two high-pressure pumping channels. This results in improved hot fuel flow, minimal noise, and lower current usage, offering up to 20 percent higher efficiency compared to conventional pumps. The F90000274 requires modifications to system wiring, fuel lines, and the fuel module, and should be professionally installed. The pump has an outlet diameter of 10mm (3/8"), an upper body diameter of 39mm, and a lower body diameter of 50mm. An installation kit, including a fuel strainer, fuel hose, harness pigtail, clamps, and wire connectors, is available separately.
