E85 7th Injector Kit

The Fuel-It! Unlike water/methanol injection, CPI utilizes the factory low fuel pressure system to deliver supplemental fuel through an added injector in the charge pipe. This configuration provides an estimated 75-100hp increase in fueling capacity, allowing for optimization of factory turbos on E85 mixtures. The kit features a precisely CNC machined injector holder, robust AN fuel lines, and all required fittings for a clean installation. It is designed to integrate with either a JB4 FSB (Fuel System Controller) or a standalone fuel injector controller for accurate fuel metering. For optimal performance and precise E85 readings, the full kit includes a Fuel-It! flex fuel sensor, which enables the JB4 to properly adjust CPI flow. The system supports various fuel types including methanol, ethanol, E85, race gas, and pump gas. Installation requires a 1/8" NPT bung with sufficient clearance for the injector housing. For vehicles equipped with a BMS intercooler, the included bung placement is ideal. Note that the CPI kit cannot be installed with the BMS MAP sensor WMI nozzle adapter; however, an 1/8" NPT hole can be drilled and tapped into the factory chargepipe if needed. A Quick Install 3.3L Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Mount Kit is also available as an option for easier mounting. This CPI kit is specifically designed for the 2018-2023 Kia Stinger and 2018+ Genesis G70/G80 models with the 3.3L engine. The system is PWM controlled and requires programming via a compatible controller such as the BMS port injector controller or FSB for JB4 integration, or a standalone controller.
