E85 Flex Fuel Kit for B58 Gen 2

The TMS E85 Flex Fuel Kit enables the use of any combination of E85 and pump gas in your BMW B58 Gen 2 engine without requiring map changes to accommodate varying ethanol content. This assembly utilizes an ethanol content analyzer and sensor to monitor fuel composition. The fuel line assembly features stainless steel and nylon braided lines with -6AN fittings and a 10-micron stainless steel filter to safeguard your vehicle's fuel injectors from particles. The wire harness is built to SAE J2284 HSC and CAN FD network requirements, with a power wire rated at 125°C for automotive primary use. Installation of the TMS Flex Fuel Kit is estimated to take around 2 hours and is compatible with Flex Fuel tunes from EcuTek™, Bootmod3™, and MHD™. The kit includes a CAN + power splitter harness that connects to the body domain controller in the passenger footwell for CAN-bus, power, and ground connections to the ethanol analyzer. DISCLAIMER: This kit is intended for racing use only. Modification of the vehicle's fuel line is required, and due to the flammable nature of fuel, proper precautions and a fire extinguisher are strongly recommended during installation. TUNING REQUIRED: This kit must be used with proper tuning. Operating with an ethanol content ratio exceeding manufacturer recommendations without appropriate tuning can lead to severe engine damage.
