E85 High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1220 is a 340LPH E85-compatible, high-flow, in-tank fuel pump engineered for high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its robust internal construction is designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, ensuring reliable performance with ethanol up to E100, methanol up to M100, and all types of gasoline. This fuel pump features a compact body with a 39mm diameter and 65mm length, ideal for universal applications with limited fuel tank space. The offset inlet design eases installation. Each pump is individually tested to flow 340 liters per hour at 40 PSI. Included with the fuel pump are installation instructions, a wiring harness, a pre-filter, and O-rings. While the pump is the same physical size as many OEM fuel pumps, it may not be a direct fit for all applications, and it is important to check the specific fuel pump sizing for your vehicle. The universal pre-filter may also require referencing OEM recommendations for filter replacement. Additionally, the vehicle's factory fuel pump wiring may not be adequate for the current draw of this high-flow pump, and proper wiring as per the instructions is necessary.
