This plenum enhances the driving experience by producing a unique deep engine growl and offers a performance improvement of 5.7 horsepower and 23 Nm of torque without software manipulation.

The Haimus Racing E9X M3 V8 PrePreg Carbon Plenum is a performance upgrade designed to enhance the driving experience of the ultimate BMW M3. It features a fully upgraded billet intake runner design, rigid pre-preg carbon fiber construction, and thread-locked bung construction for durability. Performance improvements include a gain of 5.7 horsepower from 7500 to 8300 RPM and 23 Nm of torque at 3000 RPM without any software manipulation. With a proper engine remap, Haimus Racing's results show an 18 hp top-end and 35 Nm low-end increase. Adding their performance intake will result in a total of 13.8 horsepower and 25 Nm of torque gain without reprogramming. The Shadow Line finish option includes an extra layer of ceramic coating, black anodized aluminum bungs and trumpets, and a black anodized center badge for a menacing aesthetic. The Frozen Shadow Line finish adds a frozen clear-coat for a satin, semi-matte appearance. The item comes with a 5-year structural and finish warranty. Important considerations include that these carbon products are handmade, and microscopic imperfections such as dust particles, bubbles, or tiny pits may be present in the clear-coat. The product replaces the standard OE plastic intake plenum (PN: 11617838010). Professional installation by a qualified mechanic is recommended, as improper fitment can lead to catastrophic engine failure and is not covered by the warranty.
