The Turner Motorsport E9x N52 Muffler & Resonator Delete is an exhaust component designed to replace the factory muffler and resonator. It is constructed from T304 stainless steel with a 3.0" diameter and 1.25mm wall thickness. This delete kit offers a cost-effective way to achieve a louder exhaust note and is fully compatible with the OEM rear valance.

The Turner Motorsport Muffler & Resonator Delete is engineered to enhance the sound of your N52 engine by replacing the restrictive factory muffler and resonator. This component is crafted from high-flow, T304 stainless steel tubing with a 3.0" diameter and 1.25mm wall thickness, featuring CNC mandrel bends for straight-through exhaust gas routing. Installation is intended to be achievable with just hand tools. Constructed with 100% hand-Tig welded joints and Tig-welded exhaust hangers that fit into the factory location, this delete ensures direct fitment. It shaves approximately 20 lbs off the vehicle's weight, with the delete unit weighing in at only 22 lbs, compared to the OEM units which range from 41-44 lbs. The kit includes a Y-pipe section, tailpipe section, dual 3.0" exhaust tips (with selectable finishes), and stainless steel Accuseal exhaust clamps for a leak-proof seal. This product is specifically designed for BMW E90, E91, and E92 models equipped with the N52 3.0L engine. This includes the 325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 330i, and 330xi variants. Optional exhaust pipe cutter and muffler hanger tools are available for DIY installation.
