EA113 Cold Air Intake Kit

The CTS Turbo EA113 Cold Air Intake Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of VW and Audi vehicles equipped with the 2.0T FSI (EA111) engine. This system forces cold air into the engine via a sealed airbox and a high-flow, inverted cone air filter, promoting maximum engine breathing and leading to significant power gains. The smooth, CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe facilitates optimal airflow, contributing to peak horsepower increases ranging from 9-15 WHP on stock vehicles, with even greater gains possible when tuned. Constructed with premium materials, the kit includes a full 2.75″ mandrel-bent aluminum piping finished with a durable black powder coating. It utilizes 4-ply silicon connectors and robust stainless steel clamps for secure connections. The airbox features a rubberized trim, and integrated bracketry is included to prevent rattling caused by engine torque. This design ensures both longevity and an aggressive, race-inspired sound. This intake system is compatible with CTS BOSS kits, featuring provisions for easy installation of the 1/8″ and 1/2″ bungs. Plugs are included for unused bungs. Important fitment notes apply: this intake is specifically for manual transmissions in the VW Passat B6 and for the VW EOS (2006-2008 only). It is not compatible with all 2.0T engines, specifically requiring the FSI engine variant for certain VW Golf V, GTI Mk5, and Jetta V models. As per California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations, this product is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle.
