EA825 4.0L TFSI Billet Turbochargers

The TTE1020 is a pair of high-performance upgrade turbochargers engineered for the EA825 4.0L TFSI engine found in vehicles such as the Audi RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60TFSI D5, Porsche Cayenne, Panamera, and Lamborghini Urus. These units are built using original Borg Warner turbochargers as the base, enhanced with larger TTE billet compressors (6+6 Blade, 56mm inlet) and TTE 9-blade exhaust turbines (54mm outlet). The compressor housing inlet features a CNC-milled 5-axis geometry for maximum flow, and the exhaust housing is also milled to accommodate the larger turbines, significantly increasing power capacity. The TTE1020s are known for their early response and spool characteristics. Performance claims indicate over 1100 PS (approximately 900hp+ on 98RON fuel) is achievable. Each turbocharger is precisely balanced using advanced VSR machinery to achieve equilibrium standards far exceeding OEM, and comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document. New turbochargers are supplied with factory OEM thermal heat shielding as standard. If upgrading a used turbocharger, optional TTE thermal isolation shielding can be added at an extra cost. Please note that if used turbochargers are sent without original AUDI thermal shielding, they will be returned without shielding unless the optional isolation process is selected. For optimal performance, an upgraded intake system and intercooler kit are also recommended.
