EA825 4.0L TFSI Upgraded Turbocharger

The Turbo TTE10398.3 represents a significant performance upgrade for the EA825 4.0L TFSI engine, commonly found in models such as the Audi RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60TFSI D5, Porsche Cayenne and Panamera, and the Lamborghini Urus. Key enhancements include CNC-milled compressor covers with intricate 5-axis geometry, a widened 60mm inlet, and a powerful TTE billet compressor featuring a 6+6 blade design with a 56mm inlet. For exhaust flow, the TTE10398.3 incorporates larger TTE 9-blade turbines with a 54mm outlet, meticulously milled to accommodate the increased flow. This upgraded turbocharger is proven to deliver over 1100 PS (approximately 900hp on 98RON fuel). The precision engineering extends to the balancing process, where individual components are finely balanced before assembly, and the complete CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) undergoes high-speed dynamic balancing up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine. This rigorous balancing ensures longevity, improved acoustics, and superior performance, far exceeding OEM standards. Each unit is supplied with a unique, serial-numbered balance test result document.
