Designed as a direct replacement for the OE PCV hose, this component ensures high-flow crankcase ventilation, prevents crankcase pressurization, and eliminates potential boost leaks at the OE plastic check valve housing. It supports boost pressures up to 40+ PSI and is compatible with both OEM and upgraded turbocharger inlets. The hose features CNC-machined billet aluminum check valve bodies with durable rubber and nylon ball check valves, housed in 4-ply reinforced, fluorolined silicone hoses that prevent oil sweating and collapse.

The 034Motorsport PCV Breather Hose is a direct replacement for the failure-prone OE corrugated plastic PCV breather hose on EA839 2.9T and 3.0T engines. This upgrade ensures reliable crankcase ventilation, preventing dangerous pressure buildup that can lead to oil leaks and potential fires. The factory check valves are susceptible to premature failure due to high engine bay temperatures and the demands of fluctuating vacuum and boost pressures, especially in turbocharged applications. This high-performance breather hose features proprietary check valves engineered with a durable synthetic rubber diaphragm for heat and chemical resistance, and a nylon ball check valve for high boost applications. The system is designed to operate seamlessly with the OEM Factory Air Oil Separator and supports boost pressures up to 40+ PSI. The hose itself is constructed from high-flow, 4-ply reinforced, fluorolined silicone, designed to prevent collapse or inflation under pressure and to stop oil vapor from sweating through. Installation is described as MILD and is a direct replacement for the OE component, which includes a new turbo inlet system, making the OE replacement costly. The 034Motorsport hose is designed to last the lifetime of the vehicle. It retains the factory engine cover and uses OE-style connections for straightforward installation. The product is sold for racing use and for vehicles not registered for highway use, and is not legal for use on street vehicles.
