EA839 3.0T Turbo Inlet Pipe

The 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe is engineered for the EA839 3.0T engine found in the Audi S4, S5, and SQ5 models. This upgrade is essential for optimizing power by eliminating a significant flow restriction within the intake tract. It is specifically designed to enhance performance when used with 034Motorsport's Dynamic+ Stage 1, 1+, 2, and 2+ Stock Turbo Tuning Software. Constructed from cast A356 aluminum, the inlet pipe features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum adapter for the stock turbo, measuring 54.0mm. An optional adapter ring for the Pure750 turbo (63.0mm) is available separately. The design includes a CNC-machined edge to securely retain the intake hose and maintain the OE PCV hose connection. Flow improvements are notable, with the stock turbo inlet flowing 396 CFM, the 034 pipe with stock adapter increasing to 432 CFM, and the pipe with the Pure750 adapter achieving 490 CFM, all measured at 28"H²O. Installation effort is rated as MILD, with direct bolt-on application and a slotted lower turbo inlet bolt for ease of installation. This 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe is not compatible with SüperDüper S34 Carbon Fiber Intake Systems.
