EA839 3.0T Turbo Inlet Pipe

The 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe for the EA839 3.0T powered Audi S4/S5/SQ5 is an essential upgrade designed to optimize power by eliminating a critical flow restriction within the intake tract. This pipe is engineered to maximize performance, particularly when used with Dynamic+ Stage 1, 1+, 2, and 2+ Stock Turbo Tuning Software. For those with upgraded turbochargers, 034Motorsport recommends their SüperDüper Turbo Inlet. Constructed from cast A356 aluminum, the inlet pipe features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum adapter specifically designed to match the turbo inlet for maximum airflow. The stock turbo adapter measures 54.0mm, with an optional 63.0mm adapter available separately for the Pure750 Turbo. This design results in increased flow over the factory turbo inlet, with tested gains from 396 CFM to 432 CFM (stock turbo) or 490 CFM (with Pure 750 adapter) at 28"H²O. Installation is rated as MILD and is designed as a direct bolt-on process. The CNC-machined edge securely retains the intake hose, and the design includes provisions to retain the OE PCV hose and a slotted lower turbo inlet bolt for easier installation. This 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe is not compatible with the SüperDüper S34 Carbon Fiber Intake Systems.
