EA839 All-Aluminum Radiator Upgrade

The 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade is a high-capacity, all-aluminum radiator engineered for EA839 2.9TT or 3.0T equipped Audi vehicles, designed to address the limitations of the factory cooling system under high-performance driving conditions. Manufactured in collaboration with CSF Radiators, this upgrade replaces the stock unit with a larger, all-aluminum radiator. It features a thicker performance core (42mm vs. OEM 35mm) and re-engineered billet aluminum end tanks with machined inlets and outlets for enhanced coolant flow efficiency. The radiator boasts a 40% increase in coolant capacity, from 2.5L to 3.5L, and a 16% increase in overall cooling capacity. Its design includes 65 individual 2-row B-tube cooling tubes with a 5mm fin height, which are seam-brazed for improved heat transfer and durability compared to traditional welded tubes, ensuring reduced recovery time between aggressive driving cycles.
