The Forge Motorsport FMINT32 race intercooler is engineered for the EA888 2.0 TSI engine, providing a substantial upgrade over the stock unit. It is manufactured in the UK and comes with a lifetime warranty. Performance gains attributed to the FMINT32 include an estimated 16bhp increase and a 20nm torque boost, alongside a significant 24°C drop in intake air temperature. These improvements contribute to reduced turbo lag and enhanced overall engine performance, making it a crucial component for vehicles looking to progress to Stage 2 tuning or beyond. The FMINT32 replaces the following OEM part numbers: 5Q0145803H, 5Q0145803K, 5Q0145803L, 5Q0145803P, and 5Q0145803S. It is compatible with a wide range of VAG vehicles equipped with the EA888 2.0 TSI engine. Specific fitment includes Audi S3 (8V Chassis), Audi TT Mk3 (2015+), Audi TTS Mk3 (8S 2014+), Cupra Ateca (up to 2020), Skoda Kodiaq (2.0TSI, EA888 Gen 3), Volkswagen Golf MK7 GTI, Golf MK7 GTI Clubsport ED40, and Golf MK7 R. For instance, the intercooler does not officially fit the Cupra models, though some tuners have reported successful installations. It is also designed for the Golf MK7 platform, with the FMINT24 being specified for the Golf MK8 platform.
