The CTS Turbo air intake system is designed for Volkswagen 1.8T/2.0T EA888.3 B-Cycle engines. It features a sealed air box that works with the OEM air scoop to force cold air into the system. The intake pipe is made of CNC mandrel-bent aluminum with a black powder coating for smooth airflow.

The CTS Turbo 3" Air Intake System is engineered to enhance performance for Volkswagen vehicles equipped with the EA888.3 B-Cycle engines. This system integrates seamlessly with the OEM air scoop and a sealed air-box design to efficiently deliver cold air directly into the intake. Air is then drawn through a high-flow cone filter with an inverted cone design, maximizing engine breathing capabilities. The intake pipe itself is constructed from CNC mandrel-bent aluminum, finished with a durable black powder coating to ensure smooth, unrestricted airflow into the engine. This design promotes increased horsepower and torque across the entire power band, while also providing an aggressive, race-inspired engine sound. Key features include the mandrel-bent aluminum piping, a reusable air filter with an inverted cone design, 4-ply silicone connectors, stainless steel clamps, and a sealed air box with rubberized trim. Applications include the 2018 Volkswagen Beetle, 2017 Volkswagen Jetta, 2018 Volkswagen Passat, and 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan, provided the engine has the turbo intake on the right-hand side of the vehicle, as depicted in product images.
