EA888 Billet Aluminum Oil Pan

The iSWEEP EA888 aluminum oil pan is precision CNC-machined from a solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet, an advantage over cast or welded metal pans as it eliminates potential material defects. This oil pan is engineered with integrated cooling fins covering its entire lower surface. This design aids in air cooling, helping to stabilize engine oil temperatures during rigorous driving conditions such as track racing, and also adds structural strength against impacts. An internal baffling system is incorporated to counteract oil sloshing during hard cornering, ensuring a consistent oil supply to the pickup area. The oil capacity is increased by approximately 1 liter, which contributes to better temperature control and a more stable oil supply. The pan also includes a provision for an aftermarket oil temperature gauge via an included 1/8 TP adapter. It includes 20 M6 bolts and a sealant gasket for installation. The dual drain plugs, positioned on the left and right sides, facilitate complete oil drainage, especially for DIYers with limited working space. This oil pan is compatible with all iSWEEP chassis braces.
