Forged 4340 steel H-Beam connecting rods are forged from a two-piece forging and feature a fully machined and shot-peened surface. Sizing is held to exact tolerances. Sold as a weight-matched set. Equipped with ARP L19 bolts for the ultimate in power-handling capability. Recommended for competition use.

MIA's Description

Eagle ESP H-beam connecting rods are designed to upgrade engine horsepower. They feature a 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel construction for strength and reduced weight compared to stock rods. Each rod undergoes multi-stage heat treatment, x-ray, sonic and magnaflux testing, 100% machining, and shot-peening for stress relief. They include precision cap alignment sleeves, silicon bronze bushings for floating pin models, and are available in stroker versions for increased cam-to-rod clearance. The set comes with instructions and rod bolt lubrication. Upgraded bolts include 190,000 psi rated 7/16 ARP 8740 (750 HP), 230,000 psi rated 7/16 ARP 2000 (1200 HP), or 265,000 psi rated 7/16 ARP L-19 (1500 HP).
