This Eagle stroker kit is designed to give your small-block Chevy a significant boost in cubic inches and torque. It includes a forged crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons, all balanced and ready to be installed. At the core of this assembly is a 3.875-inch stroke forged crankshaft, which, when paired with the included 4.060-inch bore pistons, creates a 383 cubic inch (often referred to as a 383 stroker) engine. The connecting rods are Eagle's well-known 6.000-inch H-beam units. H-beam rods are a strong choice for performance applications because their I-beam shape is reinforced, allowing them to handle higher RPMs and increased cylinder pressures without flexing. They are paired with pistons designed for a -16cc combustion chamber volume, which helps achieve a desirable compression ratio.
