Overview

The Eagle 16404020 is a complete 302 STROKER KIT Assembly designed to increase the displacement and enhance the performance of Ford vehicles equipped with the 4.6L 2-valve Romeo engine block. This kit features a cast steel crankshaft with an 8-bolt design and a 3.75" stroke. It includes 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, 5.950" in length, secured with 3/8" ARP 8740 rod bolts. The assembly also incorporates forged Arias pistons with a -17cc dish and a .020" overbore, accompanied by a performance file-fit ring set. High-quality performance rod and main bearings are included to ensure optimal engine health. This stroker kit is designed for internal balancing. It achieves a compression ratio of 9.5:1 with 44cc cylinder heads and 8.6:1 with 52cc cylinder heads.
