The Eagle CRS5394HXD-1 Extreme Duty H Beam Connecting Rod is forged from 4340 steel for extreme applications in Honda D16 and ZC engines. It features a fully machined, shot-peened, and polished surface, with sizing held to exact tolerances. Torque to 60 ft-lbs with ARP moly lube ONLY.
