EB Stage 2 Turbocharger Upgrade

The Vargas Turbocharger Technologies VTT EB Stage 2 turbocharger is a completely new unit designed to upgrade the Ford Focus RS Ecoboost's performance. It features engineered compressor, bearing, and turbine housings that maintain the stock location while offering significantly increased flow capacity, capable of supporting up to 550WHP with appropriate supporting modifications and tuning. This turbocharger is built with a focus on power, flow, and reliability. Vargas has increased the internal area of the manifolds, turbine housing, and compressor housing, along with a slight increase in the turbine housing's AR ratio to enhance flow without sacrificing spool time. The unit utilizes a billet compressor wheel for optimal flow per shaft revolution and a turbine housing constructed from durable 22+NB Stainless steel. Customers can choose between the Stage 2 (71MM) or Stage 2+ (76MM) configuration, with the latter offering a $300 upcharge for higher power levels. The Focus RS model is exclusively Twin Scroll, optimized for excellent low-end response. Optional features include a VTT 3″ passenger side inlet and silicone charge pipe bundle for a discounted price, as well as a 2000-degree ceramic coating for reduced under-hood heat and improved spool. For longevity, Vargas recommends using 40W oils or higher with high Zinc and Phosphorus content for superior shear strength. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
