The pads provide excellent braking from cold and improve as they heat up, with a nominal friction coefficient of 0.5. They include EBC's Brake-In surface coating to condition rotor surfaces and accelerate pad bedding. The operating range extends from cold to 750°F (400°C), and they are ECE R90 approved.
